For All Merchandise Ordered from M&M Headgear Inc.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by M&M Headgear Inc. before merchandise is sent back. To request return authorization, please call 770-418-8991 or email info@qfitt.com.

Packages returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise returned after this period is not eligible for a standard return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

To qualify for a standard return, merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Merchandise that does not meet these conditions is not eligible for a standard return.

Special-order merchandise is non-returnable, except where required by applicable law or when the merchandise is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For returns due to a change of mind, a flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund when you use our prepaid return label.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law or when the return is due to our error, damaged merchandise, defective merchandise, or an incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@qfitt.com within 7 days of delivery, if possible. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing your report, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please keep the merchandise and its packaging until we provide further instructions.

The 7-day reporting timeframe is intended to help us resolve issues promptly. It does not waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
